How to Order an English Whip

Option 1:  Where available on the website, to pay with a credit or debit card, click on the 'buy now' button next to the description. This will take you to a secure web page (check for the 'https' address and a little padlock somewhere in your browser window) hosted by Paypal, where the details will be shown. Follow the simple instructions. This method means that you pay the whole price of the whip in one go. Please note that all whips are made to order, other than those listed on the Whips for Sale and In Stock page.

I will send you your order confirmation, with an estimated delivery time, once I have received payment notification. Please make sure that you add 'mailroom@whipstore.com' to your safe list / address book. Otherwise, your ISP spam filter may prevent emails from me, from reaching you. If you need the whip by a particular date, please contact me for an estimated delivery time prior to paying for your whip.

Payments will show on your credit card or bank statement as 'Paypal English Whips'.

Option 2: Email your order to me (mailroom@whipstore.com), or call me. I ask for a 50% deposit, to confirm the order, with the balance due when the whip is ready to send out. I'll send you a secure online invoice or you can send payment through the post. You can also use the button below, to send your deposit.

Option 3: If you wish to spread the cost of your whip, and have a debit or credit card, I can set up regular automated payments over a time period agreed with you. Email me: mailroom@whipstore.com for more info.

Payment Methods

  • Online payments using your debit or credit card, with Paypal. I can accept a range of currencies with this method.

  • Paypal members can 'send money' to englishwhips@whipstore.com (NOT mailroom).

  • Cheques, crossed Postal Orders or Bankers Drafts made out to 'English Whips'.

  • UK Money Orders made out to 'English Whips'.

  • International Money Orders in Pounds Sterling made out to 'English Whips'. Ordinary money orders drawn on overseas banks may be returned to their sender.

  • MoneyGram

  • Bank Transfer or direct deposit - established customers only.

General Ordering Notes

  • I will email you with confirmation of your order upon receipt of payment or deposit. Please ensure that your email client is set to accept unsolicited emails from whipstore.com. Otherwise, my email will probably go straight in your junk mail folder and be deleted. If I have a question about your order that prevents me from completing it, and am unable to contact you within 30 days, then I may be forced to refund your payment and cancel the order.

  • If the whip is in stock, it will be sent out as soon as is practical after payment clears - usually within a week. The 'Whips for Sale and In Stock' page is the only page displaying whips that are ready to send out. All other whips are made to order.

  • If you are ordering a whip made to order, I aim to despatch in around 10 weeks - 8 weeks, for Australian stock whips. At busy times, it can take longer and, at quiet times, a little less. My weblog has up to date information on current delivery times. I will provide you with an estimated lead-in time when I send you confirmation of your order, or please email me before-hand if you need it by a certain date.

  • I can also be contacted on +44 020 8647 6314 during business hours (11 - 6, Mon - Fri). I am usually away from the phone making whips, but there will be an answering machine switched on, so please leave a message and I will get back to you. Overseas customers need to add their international access number, usually 00, before dialing the rest of the number.
