How to Order an English Whip
Please Note:
I currently make bespoke whips, finishing them to the highest
standard I can. I take as much time as necessary to get everything just
right. This means that waiting times are extended. From Autumn 2009, I
will be taking very few orders in order to complete all outstanding
orders and move over to being able to offer finished whips, of my own
choosing, from the website.

Ordering, and Paying for, Your
Whip.
Option 1:
Where
available on the website, to pay
with a credit or debit card, click on the 'buy now' button
next to the description. This will take you to a secure web page (check for the
'https' address and a little padlock somewhere in your browser window)
hosted by Paypal, where the details will be shown. Follow the simple
instructions. This method means that you pay the whole price of the whip
in one go. Please
do not send Paypal payments to mailroom@whipstore.com.
I will send order
confirmation, with an estimated delivery time, once I have received
payment notification. Please make sure that you add 'mailroom@whipstore.com'
to your safe list / address book. Otherwise, your ISP spam filter may prevent
emails from me, from reaching you. Please note that all whips are made to order, other than
those listed on the Whips
for Sale and In Stock page.
If you
need the whip by a particular date, please contact me for an estimated
delivery time prior to paying for your whip.

or bank statement as 'Paypal
English Whips'.
Option 2: Email your order to me
(mailroom@whipstore.com), or
call me. I ask for a 50% deposit, to confirm the order, with the
balance due when the whip is ready to send out. I'll send you a secure online invoice; or
you can send payment through the post. The address
for this can be found on my terms
and conditions.
Option 3: If you wish to spread the cost of your
whip, and have a debit or credit card, or Paypal account, I can
set up regular automated payments over a time period agreed with you. I
will send the whip out once the last payment is made.
This is a really good way of budgeting for what can be, after all, an

in Pounds Sterling made out to 'English Whips'. Ordinary
money orders drawn on overseas banks, or IMO's in other currencies, may be returned to their sender.

General Ordering Notes

When using the payment buttons
on the site. Opera and Firefox users may encounter a warning message
after clicking 'proceed to checkout' and be prevented from completing
the transaction. At the time of writing, the reason for this is a
mystery. If this happens to you, drop me a line and I'll send you a
secure online invoice.

I will email you with confirmation of your order upon
receipt of payment or deposit. Please ensure that your email client
is set to accept unsolicited emails from mailroom@whipstore.com. Otherwise,
my email will probably go straight into your junk mail folder and be
deleted. If I have a question about your order
that prevents me from completing it, and am unable to contact you
within 30 days, then I may be forced to refund your payment and cancel the order.

If the whip is in stock,
it will be sent out as soon as is practical
after payment clears - usually within a week. The 'Whips for
Sale and In Stock' page is the only page displaying
whips that are ready to send out. All other whips
are
made to order.

I can also be contacted on +44 (0)20 8647 6314 during
business hours (11 - 6, Mon - Fri). I am usually away from the
phone making whips, but there will be an answering machine switched on, so please
leave a message and I will get back to you. Overseas
customers need to add their international access number, usually 00,
before dialing the rest of the number.
